Structural
Bel Enterprises LLC – Forttress Bamboo Floor comes with a 26 years limited manufacturers warranty on structure to
the original user/purchaser for residential installation.
All planks receive a 26 years limited warranty against manufacturing defects and delamination with the exception of
improper maintenance or installation.
All defective planks will be replaced or refunded.
All planks must be inspected before installation for any obvious defects. However, as bamboo is a natural product,
color variations do exist and are not considered as manufacturing defects.
All planks are warranted against warp, cup or delaminate if installation was done properly and in in the proper location.
Finish / Surface
Bel Enterprises LLC warrants to the original user/purchaser for residential installation that the prefinished surface will
not wear through for 15 years, provided that the product has been installed properly and maintenance and cleaning
requirements have been met. Waxing or recoating the floor voids the warranty.
The Bel Enterprises LLC warranty is made subject to the following:
Warranty is not transferable; it extends only to the original user/purchaser. Installation must be according to Bel
Enterprises LLC installation and maintenance guidelines.
Warranty excludes impact damage or wear from heavy furniture or equipment used without proper protection.
Warranty excludes dents, scratches, other surface wear or reduction in finish sheen caused by lack of proper
maintenance, misuse, negligence, heavy impact, spike heeled shoes, water, insects, sand, pebbles, and other such
abrasives.
All planks must be inspected for defects prior to installation. No defect will be accepted after installation.
Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Floor must not be exposed to extreme heat, dryness, moisture, water saturation, including wet mopping and other
sources of extreme moisture or extreme changes in moisture.
Alteration or repair that is not manufacturer authorized will void the warranty.
Warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defected materials only, it does not cover any labor cost. If flooring
product of the claim is no longer available, Bel Enterprises LLC will replace the defective material with product of equal
or greater value.
Product registration must be submitted/mailed to Bel Enterprises LLC, within 30 days after flooring is installed or
completed. (See product registration.)
Claims
Any claims for warranty must be made, within 30 days after it has been detected to the original retailer (the
person/business who sold you the floorings.) If they failed to resolved your claim, Bel Enterprises LLC must be
contacted immediately in writing.

This is the complete warranty and is in lieu of all other expressed and/or statutory warranties. Bel Enterprises LLC
assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages. The only remedy provided is the replacement or refund
of the defective product. The decision to replace or refund is at the discretion of Bel Enterprises LLC. We reserve the
rights to have a designated Bel Enterprises LLC representative inspect the floor and remove samples for evaluation of
claim.
